To open, twist the top of the container. Apply 1-2 drop(s) in affected eye(s), as needed. Discard container immediately after use. Store at controlled room temperature, 59-86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C).
Active Ingredients: Polyethylene Glycol (400.1%) and Polyvinyl Alcohol (1%), Also Contains: Lipiden Vehicle (Dextrose, Edetate Disodium and Purified Water).
Use only if single-use container is intact. To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface. Once opened, discard. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. If you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, discontinue use and consult a doctor. If solution changes color or becomes cloudy, do not use.
