Nothing stops or relieves low calcium leg cramps like Calcet. Calcet is ideal for those needing additional calcium to help fight osteoporosis and those with milk allergies. Regular exercise and a healthy diet with enough calcium helps teens and young adult white and Asian women maintain good bone health and may reduce their high risk of osteoporosis later in life. Adequate calcium intake is important, but daily intakes above about 2000 mg are not likely to provide any additional benefit.
PURPOSE: Dietary Supplement
Take two tablets at bedtime and two tablets upon arising. Do not exceed 4 tablets a day except on the advice or recommendation of your physician, pharmacist or health professional.
