Take every 6 to 8 hours. Do not take more than 4 doses in 24 hours. Children under 2 years of age ask a doctor. Children 2 to under 6 years of age take one (1) teaspoonful. Children 6 to under 12 years of age take two (2) teaspoonfuls. Adults and children 12 years of age and over take four (4) teaspoonfuls. Store at 59 to 77 degrees F.

Active Ingerdient (Each Teaspoon): Dextromethorphan HBr (7.5 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Carboxymethylcellulose, Citric Acid, Red No. 33, FD&C Blue No. 1, Flavors, Glycerin, Purified Water, Saccharin Sodium, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Citrate, Sodium Chloride, and Sorbitol Solution.

Ask a doctor before use if you have: cough accompanied by excessive phlegm (mucous); persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, or emphysema. Stop use and ask a doctor if: cough persists for more than 1 week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache. These could be signs of a serious condition. If pregnant or breast feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
