Benylin Expectorant, Maximum Strength, Raspberry Flavor - 4oz

Take every 4 hours. Do not take more than 6 doses in 24 hours. Adults and children 12 years of age and older: Four (4) teaspoonfuls. Children 6 to under 12 years of age: Two (2) teaspoonfuls. Children 2 to under 6 years of age: One (1) teaspoonful. Children under 2 years of age: Consult a doctor. Store at 59 to 77 degrees F.

Each Teaspoonful (5 ml) Contains: Guaifenesin (100 mg) and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (5 mg). Also Contains: Caramel, Citric Acid, D&C Red No. 33, Disodium Edetate, FD&C Red No. 40, Flavors, Poloxamer 407, Polyethylene Glycol, Propyl Gallate, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Saccharin Sodium, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Citrate and Sorbitol Solution.

Ask a doctor before use if you have: cough accompanied by excessive phlegm (mucous); persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, or emphysema. Stop use and ask a doctor if: cough persists for more than 1 week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by a fever, rash, or persistent headache. These could be signs of a serious condition.
