The Original BED BUDDY HOT and COLD PACK is easy to use and provides instant soothing heat for sore muscles, aches, and pains. Can also be used as a Cold Pack. Suggested Uses: headaches, backaches, neck aches, cramps, arthritis, computer wrist support, use for nursing mothers, and more. Provides natural moist heat. Use it Hot or Cold, long lasting, reusable, ready in minutes, stays heated for up to an hour, one size fits all, contains 100% natural organic materials, easy and safe to use as directed.
PURPOSE: Hot and Cold Pack
Hot Pack: Heat in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. If additional warmth is desired, continue microwaving in 20 second intervals-not to exceed 2 1/2 minutes and total heating time per use. Microwave heating times vary. Always test for hot spots and overall temperature before using. Cold Pack: Place in plastic bag and place in freezer overnight.
