Please read package insert before using this product. Do not use if expiration date has passed. Use within 3 months of opening test strip vial. Store at room temperature below 86 degrees F (30 degrees C). Do not refrigerate or freeze.
Each BD Test Strip Contains the Enzyme Glucose Oxidase (Aspergillus Niger) (0.6 IU); Additional Ingredients (Mediator, Buffer, Etc.) (0.18 ug). Each Test Strip Vial Contains a Molecular Sieve Desiccant.
Contents contain small parts. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use if seal is broken.
