Treats & prevents diaper rash. Helps heal dry, chafed skin. Protects & soothes minor cuts & burns. A&D Original Ointment is specially formulated with two active ingredients, Petrolatum and Lanolin, that form a protective barrier to help seal out irritating wetness and allows skin to heal naturally. To treat & prevent diaper rash. A+D Original Ointment should be used at every diaper change, especially at bedtime when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged. A+D Original Ointment: Provides long lasting protection; soothes and relieves irritated skin; spreads easily and smoothly; wipes off baby's delicate skin easily. For skin irritation use: Apply liberally as often as needed. For diaper rash use: Change wet and soiled diapers promptly. Cleanse the diaper area, and allow to dry. Apply ointment liberally as often as necessary, with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or anytime when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged. Store between 15 and 30 degrees C (59 and 86 degrees F).
Active Ingredients: Petrolatum (53.4%), Lanolin (15.5%). Inactive Ingredients: Cod Liver Oil (Contains Vitamin A & Vitamin D), Fragrance, Light Mineral Oil, Microcrystalline Wax, Paraffin.
For external use only. Do not use over deep or puncture wounds, infections or lacerations. Consult a doctor. When using this product avoid contact wiht the eyes. Stop use and asked a doctor if condition worsens or does not improve within 7 days. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
