For emergency pain relief. Designed with a foam insulating layer to stay cold longer. Helps reduce swelling caused by minor bumps and sprains. Use for: Minor bumps, bruises, muscle aches, strains and sprains. Tension headaches and toothaches. Minor burns, scrapes, cuts and insect bites. 1 single use cold pack 5 inches x 9 inches (125 mm x 225 mm).

Cold therapy is recommended for the first 48 hours following the injury. 1. Clean the injured area. Apply a sterile bandage if the skin is broken. Raise the injured area to help reduce swelling. 2. Activate cold pack by squeezing the pack firmly in the middle. 3. As soon as you hear a 'pop,' the pack will become cold. Shake thoroughly. 4. Apply the non-insulated side of the cold pack to the injury. Shake the cold pack occasionally for best results. 5. Remove pack if it becomes uncomfortable. Reapply after a few moments if comfortable. However, do not apply for longer than 20 minutes at a time. 6. Remove the cold pack after 20 minutes and discard. DO NOT REUSE. Leave the injured area uncovered for 20 minutes before applying another cold pack. Needs no refrigeration.

Do not chill or freeze before use. Do not reuse pack. This product is designed for use at room temperature. Skin damage, including frostbite, may occur if pack is chilled or frozen before use. Individuals with problems in sensing cold should use extreme caution with this product. To avoid frostbite, cold therapy should not exceed 20 minutes at a time. Check for leaks before use. Throw away if leaking. Adult supervision is recommended when using on children. Talk to your doctor if you have questions about the injury or if swelling or pain persists. Do not use this cold pack for heat therapy. Suggested First Aid: If contents contact skin or eyes, remove pack immediately. Thoroughly flush with water. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
