CERTAIN OTC PURCHASE LIMIATIONS
MedShopExpress follows DEA guidelines on certain over the counter (OTC) products that contain ingredients such as EPHEDRINE, PSEUDOEPHEDRINE, PHENYLPROPANOLAMINE. The purchase of OTC products containing the above are limited to a one month supply or 9 grams per transaction (3 grams/unit) which ever is less. Your order will be adjusted to the above limitations. The above products are only sold to individuals with above limitations. No sales are made to companies or other distributors. Wholesale is NOT available for such products as it does not fit under our "sale to individual" definition.
Sale of the above further needs to be face to face interaction with signature requirement via UPS or FedEx. We do not waive signature requirement on above and no product will be sent to PO Boxes or anonymous addresses.
Suspicious sales requests will be reported to DEA without notice.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
We are not responsible for any typographical errors as reflected in our site or database beyond informing you of the correction. For instance, if an item is incorrectly priced for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
ROBOT ACCESS
We do not allow access to robot on our site unless they are a recognized search engine unless authorized in writing by us. Some recognized search engines which are allowed access are Google, Yahoo, MSN, AOL, Alta Vista.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed, we at Medshop work very hard to ship your order as soon as possible. As such, once an order is placed, it may be impossible for us to cancel your order. Please make sure that your order is as you want it, prior to placing an order. We can not guarantee cancellation of an order once placed, although our service representatives will do their best should you decide to cancel the order.
RETURN POLICY
We do allow returns as long as they meet the following condition:
Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt
The product has not been opened or used, unless the item is defective
Special or bulk order sales are final
The returned items must be shipped to the supplied address once a return authorization has been filed with us at support@medshopexpress.com. If the return is due to store error, we will supply a prepaid postage label for the return and a full refund issued. If the return was not due to store error, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges and there will be a 10% restocking fee.
TERMS OF SALE: Out of Stock Items By ordering from us, you agree that some items in your order may be out of stock and not shipped. Under those circumstances, your order will be adjusted. You will not be charged for those items or will be credited for items missing. Due to changes in availability, MedShop Express does not guarantee that all items in an order will be shipped when products are out of stock. We thank you for your understanding.

IF ANY PRODUCT IS RECEIVED WHICH IS EXPIRED, MEDSHOPEXPRESS WILL ARRANGE FOR FULL CREDIT FOR ITEMS AND WILL PROVIDE A PREPAID RETURN LABEL FOR PRODUCT RETURN.
Sales Tax and Internet Tax We collect sales tax only in the State of Arizona and California where MedShop Express is incorporated.
Right of Service Refusal: By using any features of this website and contacting us in any way, after and prior to ordering, you agree that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Sebamed Skin Care Line Purchase Agreement: By purchasing from this website, you agree that SEBAMED products are for exclusive sale only to the U.S. market via this website. You also agree that the products are not intended for resale in other markets outside of the U.S. Violation of this agreement may expose you to liability.
