Approximate UPS Ground Transit Time for North East (NY,MA,NJ,PA,VT,NH), West Coast (CA,AZ,NV,WA) and MidWest (MI,IL,IN,OH,WI,MO) is approximately 1-3 business days following shipment assuming shipment from one of our facilities closest to your location*. You may look at the map below for more information.
If for any reason, your items do not get shipped within 48 business hours, we will automatically upgrade your order to UPS 3-Day. Furthermore, orders over $75 are automatically upgraded from UPS Ground to UPS 3-Day*.
We also provide UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3-Day delivery for an additional fee.
These orders are expedited for in stock orders. Our average processing time is 24-48 business hours for orders to ship. Some orders may take a bit longer depending on item.

Additional U.S. Shipping Details:
- UPS may require a signature for the delivery of your purchases.
- Military addresses and PO Boxes will be delivered via USPS service.
- Saturday Delivery is available for an additional $10 from our UPS Next Day or 2-Day delivery. Please note "Saturday Delivery" under comments with your order.
- Holiday Ordering - We highly suggest that you place your order at least 7-10 days before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.
International Express Shipping: We provide discounted FedEx International shipping rates for our international customers. These shipments are fully insured and trackable. Shipping charges are based on weight. Generally, the shipping charge is $28 for 1st pound in weight and $3 additional per extra pound. Most 1 or 2 items will weigh 1 pound in weight. Because of complexity of International Shipping all shipping prices are an estimate and the actual charge will be based on pounds shipped as above when product ships.
New International Priority Shipping Option!! For our international customers, we are now providing a new cheaper shipping option via Deutsche Post Global Mail. We have a flat fee of $14 for the first 2 pounds (1 kilogram). Each additional weight will be at $6 per pound. This is an economy service and packages are NOT insured since they are dependent on your local mail service. Please choose FedEx or DHL courier service if you require higher insurance.
Delivery times for Deutsche Post Global Mail are about 10 to 14 business days for most countries. These shipments are not trackable. If you require detailed tracking, please choose FedEx International Express.
Country Advisories for International Shipments :
Germany: If you order vitamins or over the counter medications, please make sure your shipping address is your local pharmacy. Germany has passed a law that they may confiscate items if not delivered via your local pharmacy. Shampoo, toothpase, non medical items can still be delivered to your local address. Some of our German customers therefore have deliveries arranged to an address in Switzerland.
Brazil: Most packages to Brazil via FedEx are being returned at customer expense recently due to requirements for a doctor's note. This is even for items which before there was no such requirement (such as vitamins). As such, please use Deutsche Post shipping option and NOT FedEx if you do not have a doctor's note or are not sure package can be delivered by FedEx.
Denmark: Please check carefuly with customs as some items have been returned.
Mexico: We discourage orders to Mexico as they will require a permit for import. Please send items to relatives in U.S. if you do not have an import permit.
South American Countries: Routinely experience shipment delays via Deutsche Post due to their own countries local post delays. Shipment to South American Countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile may take 4-5 weeks for delivery via Deutsche Post.Therefore, please purchase knowing that the package will be delayed or choose FedEx for delivery.
Japan: Each order is limited to 24 items of the same brand. Otherwise, no problems in Japan.
Problem Free Countries : Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Switzerland, United Kingdom, France, Middle East are problem free countries for most shipments.
US Air Mail : As a rule, we do not ship via US AirMail as these shipments can have variable deliveries and are not insured. However, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO can only be sent via U.S. AirMail.
While we will ship by US AirMail on the above addresses and on request, we can not guarantee delivery on the above items. Many customers feel this is an acceptable risk as the loss is about 1% of shipments for U.S. Airmail.
*Please Note: Our UPS ground map is an approximation of delivery time based on the warehouse closest to your location. Some items may be shipped from a farther distribution center. As such, the delivery time may be longer by 2 business days. For guaranteed delivery dates, kindly choose UPS 3-day, UPS 2-day and UPS Overnight as these shipments will arrive by their delivery commitment and are not distance dependant.
*Please Note: U.S. Flat Rate Ship Policy: We reserve the right to place limitations on our flat fee shipping policy for certain overweight items and orders. Items not shipped within 48 hours may automatically be upgraded to UPS 3-day depending on item. This policy does not apply to purchases over 10 pounds in weight and we reserve the right to adjust this policy based on fluctuating shipping rates by our carrier.
