We have a flat fee shipping policy for your total purchase for UPS Ground shipments. Delivery charges are as follow.

Some items are excluded from flat rate shipping based on their weight/dimensions and shipping is estimated at checkout. Our UPS Ground service delivers your packages within 5-7 business days, is trackable, and is insured. P.O. Box and military addresses are handled via USPS Priority Mail with delivery verification.

Most one or two item international shipments up to 1 pound (approx. 0.5 kilograms) in weight can be made for an additional $22 for one or two item orders. All orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL Express Service with 3-5 day service to most areas of the world (assuming no customs delay).

These shipments are trackable and insured for your protection. We are proud to have one of the lowest international express rates anywhere because of our international volume. Best of all, we pass the savings to you!
We will e-mail you within 12 hours of your international order should the shipping/handling fees be higher than what you are quoted on the order.
New International Priority Shipping through Deutsche Post: For items valued below $40 dollars and less than 3 kilograms, we recommend our new International Priority Shipping. This is an economic option for our international customers. Shipping rates start at $15 for a 1 kilogram package.

Please provide your credit card's Verification Number. This is the last 3 digits on the back of your card for Visa/Mastercard. The American Express verification number is a 4 digit number on the front your card. (If not available, please provide your credit card bank phone number instead for verification)
While we only use the best shipping companies such as FedEx, DHL, and Deutsche Post to send the items you order, customs costs including product return chargebacks and tax will be responsibility of the buyer. Should an item be returned by customs, the carrier charges us a product return fee which the buyer will also be responsible for. Any customs fees will be additional. As such, kindly make sure the items can be imported to your country prior to ordering.
Unless there are customs issues, product delivery is guaranteed for Express shipments. You may choose another delivery method such as USPS Priority Mail (Air Mail) by making a request under "comments" section of the order page. However, USPS Priority Mail shipments are NOT insured nor trackable. In other words, there is a slight chance that your package can be lost with USPS Priority Mail in which case we can not be held liable for.
As such, we strongly recommend Federal Express or DHL for your international shipment needs because they provide better tracking of your package with insurance at no additional cost.
