Clean: Stop bleeding by applying pressure with sterile gauze pads or cotton. Cleanse injured area gently and thoroughly with an antiseptic or mild soap and water. Pat dry. Treat: Protect wounds by applying ointment or first aid cream. Protect: Cover injured area completely with a Johnson & Johnson Hurt-Free Pad. Tape sides to firmly secure the Hurt-Free Pad and help seal out dirt and germs. A covered wound heals faster than an uncovered one. In case of deep or puncture wounds, or serious burns, consult a physician. Sterile unless individual wrapper is opened or damaged.
