Place two (2) tablets in 4 oz. of water. Dissolve tablets completely. You do not have to drink any of the residue that may be on the bottom of the glass. The medicines of Alka-Seltzer® Morning Relief are in the water.

Active: Aspirin (500mg - Analgesic), Caffeine (65mg - Alertness Aid/ Pain Reliever Aid) Inactive: Acesulfame Potassium, Aspartame, Citric Acid, Dimethicone, Docusate Sodium, Flavor, Mannitol, Povidone, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Bicarbonate.

Reye's syndrome: Children and teenagers should not use this medicine for chicken pox or flu symptoms before a doctor is consulted about Reye's syndrome, a rare but serious illness reported to be associated with aspirin. Alcohol warning: If you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day, ask your doctor whether you should take aspirin or other pain relievers/fever reducers. Aspirin may cause stomach bleeding. Caffeine warning: The recommended dose for this product contains about as much caffeine-containing medications, foods, or beverages while taking this product because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness, and, occasionally, rapid heart beat. For occasional use only. Not intended for use as a substitute for sleep. If fatigue or drowsiness persists or continues to recur, consult a doctor. Do not use: if you are allergic to aspirin or you are on a sodium restricted diet unless directed by a doctor. Ask a doctor before use if you have, asthma, ulcers, bleeding problems. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking a prescription drug for thinning blood, diabetes, gout or arthritis. Stop use and ask a doctor if: symptoms persist, get worse or recur frequently or new symptoms occur such as ringing in the ears or loss of hearing occurs. These could be signs of a serious condition. If pregnant or breast-feeding ask a health professional before use. It is especially important not to use aspirin during the last three months of pregnancy and definitely directed to do so by a doctor because it may cause problems in the unborn child or complications during delivery. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
