Age (Recommended Intakes: mg per day; Viactiv Soft Calcium Chews Number to Achieve Recommended Daily Intake): 4-8 Years, 800 mg per day: 1-2 chews; 9-18 Years, 1,300 mg per day: 2-3 chews; 19-50 Years, 1,000 mg per day: 2 chews; 51 and Over, 1,200 mg per day: 2-3 chews. Pregnant or Nursing: 18 or Under, 1,300 mg per day: 2-3 chews; 19-50 Years, 1,000 mg per day: 2 chews.
