Dip test strip in urine for one second. Tap to remove excess urine. Wait 60 seconds. Use the color chart on the vial to determine test results. Use within 6 months after first opening. Do not use after the expiration date listed. Keep out of direct sunlight and moisture. Keep vial tightly capped when not in use. For In Vitro (External) diagnostic use. Store at room temperature between 59-86 degrees F (15-30 degrees C). Do not freeze. Please read package insert carefully.
