Triaminic Cold & Cough, Cherry Flavor - 4oz

Take every 4 to 6 hours; not more than 4 doses in 24 hours or as directed by a doctor. Children 6 to Under 12 Years of Age: 2 teaspoons. Children Under 6 Years of Age: Ask a doctor. Store at controlled room temperature 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F).

Active Ingredients (each (5 ml) 1 Teaspoon): Pseudoephedrine HCl (15 mg), Dextromethorphan HBr (5 mg), Chlorpheniramine Maleate (1 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Benzoic Acid, FD&C Red 40, Flavors, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Sodium Chloride, Sorbitol, Sucrose. Each Teaspoon Contains: Sodium (10 mg).

Ask a doctor before use if the child has heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus), chronic cough that lasts or a breathing problem such as asthma or chronic bronchitis. When using this product do not use more than directed. Avoid alcoholic drinks; marked drowsiness may occur. Alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness. Excitability may occur, especially in children. Stop use and ask a doctor if nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occur; symptoms do not improve for 7 days or occur with a fever; cough persists for more than 7 days, comes back, or occurs with a fever, rash, or persistent headache. These could be signs of a serious condition. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away. Child-resistant safety cap.
