Antiseptic no-rinse incontinent cleanser and deodorizer.

For clean up of perineal area due to incontinence. Peri-Wash II is pH balanced to the acid mantle of the skin.

For single patient use only. Feces and diarrhea cleanup. 1. Spray Peri-Wash II on all fecal matter to stop odors. 2. Remove bulk of feces. 3. Spray additional Peri-Wash II on warm, moist washcloth and cleanse skin of all remaining residue. 4. Turn cloth to clean side and gently wipe entire area. Pat dry. Repeat if necessary. Routine perineal area care: Spray Peri-Wash II on perineal area, wash with warm, moist washcloth and pat dry. Emesis (vomit): Spray concentrated Peri-Wash II on soiled and odorous areas. Clean with warm water and washcloth.

Active ingredients: Benzethonium Chloride 0.1%. Inactive Ingredients: Purified Waster, Sodium Lauroamphoacetate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glycerin, Polysorbate, 20, Citric Acid, Quaternium - 52 Quaternium- 15 Tetrasodium EDTA.

When using this product avoid contact with eyes. Stop using this product: If skin irritation and redness develop. If condition persists for more than 73 hours, consult a physician. For external use only. Keep this and all drugs out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center.
