Adults and children 4 years and over: For sore throat: Allow 1 drop to dissolve slowly in the mouth. May be repeated every 2 hours, as needed, or as directed by a doctor. For cough: allow 2 drops to dissolve slowly in the mouth. May be repeated every hour, as needed, or as directed by a doctor. Children under 4 years of age: consult a doctor.

Active: Menthol USO 2.5 mg, Inactive: Caramel, corn syrup, glycerin, honey, natural almond flavor, natural coriander flavor, natural fennel flavor, natural honey flavor, other natural flavore, sorbitol, sucrose.

Sore Throat Warning: Severe or persistent sore throat or sore throat accompanied by high fever, headache, nausea, and vomiting may be serious. Consult a doctor right away. Do not use more than 2 days or give to children under 3 years of age unless directed by a doctor. Ask a doctor before use if you have cough that lasts or is chronic as occurs with smoking, asthma, emphysema. Cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus). Stop use and ask a doctor if cough lasts more than 7 days, comes back or is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache. These could be signs of a serious condition. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children.
