Take 1 teaspoon daily with a meal. Mix in liquid: Stir 1 teaspoon in 8 oz of your favorite beverage. Product dissolves best in room-temperature of warmer liquid, and dissolves more slowly in cold liquid. Not recommended for carbonated or very hot beverages. Product is visible in clear liquids.
