Children 6 to 11 Years: 2 tablets. If needed, repeat dose every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours. Children Under 6 Years: Consult a doctor. Store at room temperature 20 to 25 degrees C (68 to 77 degrees F).

Active Ingredients (per Tablet): Chlorpheniramine Maleate (1 mg), Dextromethorphan HBr (5 mg), Pseudoephedrine HCI (15 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Aspartame, Citric Acid, Crospovidone, D&C Red No. 27 Aluminum Lake, Flavor, Magnesium Stearate, Mannitol, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Sucrose.

Ask a doctor before use if the child has a persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with asthma or chronic bronchitis, a cough accompanied by excessive phlegm (mucus); heart disease, glaucoma, diabetes, thyroid disease, high blood pressure. When using this product do not exceed recommended dosage. Excitability may occur; drowsiness may occur; sedatives and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness. Stop use and ask a doctor if nervousness, dizziness or sleeplessness occur; cough persists for more than 1 week, tends to recur or is accompanied by fever, rash or persistent headache. A persistent cough may be a sign of a serious condition; symptoms do not improve within 7 days or are accompanied by fever. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Do not use if individual blister unit is open or torn. Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine 8.4 mg per tablet.
