For best protection against pregnancy follow the enclosed instruction circular exactly. Make sure your fingers are completely dry before touching the film. At least 15 minutes before intercourse and not more than 1 hour before, place film as far into the vagina as it can go comfortably (on the cervix). If more than 1 hour passes before intercourse takes place, another film should be inserted. Put a new film into the vagina each time intercourse is repeated, regardless of the time factor. Douching after use of this film is not recommended; however, should you desire to do so, wait at least 6 hours after intercourse to avoid interference with contraceptive protection. Store at 59-86 degrees F. (15-30 degrees C). Avoid exposure to extreme heat, cold, or moisture.
