Pull one pre-measured 18 in (45 cm) length of floss and cut at blue marker. Wind around middle fingers. Grasp firmly and stretch thin to fit comfortably between teeth and under the gumline. Curve floss around tooth. Guide between teeth using an up-and-down motion. Advance to a clean section of floss and repeat for each tooth.
