It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. 1. Tear open the foil wrapper immediately prior to use and remove the shoe deodorizer pouch. 2. Place the shoe deodorizer pouch inside shoes each night after wearing or when shoes are not in use. 3. Remove the shoe deodorizer pouch before wearing shoes. Each re-usable shoe deodorizer pouch may be used in multiple pairs of shoes for up to one month. Additional uses: Follow step 1. Pouch may be placed in closets, drawers, gym lockers or athletic bags. Do not cut or tear open individual shoe deodorizer pouch contained within the foil wrapper. Storage and disposal: Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area inaccessible to children. Do not store at elevated temperatures. Do not re-use empty foil wrapper. Discard empty foil wrapper and used deodorizer pouch in trash.

Active Ingredient: Sodium Chlorite (5%). Inert Ingredients: (95%).

Hazards to humans and domestic animals: Caution. Causes moderate eye irritation. Harmful if inhaled. Avoid contact with eyes. If pouch breaks, remove any released powder from skin or clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling. Environmental hazards: This product is toxic to fish and aquatic organisms. Physical or chemical hazards: Do not mix with acids or chlorine. Keep out of reach of children. First aid if in eyes: Flush with plenty of water for 15 minutes. Get medical attention. If on skin: Wash with plenty of soap and water. Get medical attention if irritation persists. If swallowed: Promptly drink a large quantity of water. Do not induce vomiting. Avoid alcohol. Call a physician immediately. Note to physician: Probable mucosal damage may contraindicate the use of gastric lavage.
