Step One: Brush your teeth with your regular toothpaste as you normally would. After brushing, rinse your mouth thoroughly with the Oral Rinse to clean between your teeth before you begin the whitening process. Step 2: Place pump dispenser on flat surface and open flip-top cap. Push down evenly with palm of hand to dispense whitening agent onto dosing paddle. Dispense both sides of whitening agent evenly in an amount that covers the surface of the paddle. Close cap snugly after each use. Take the paddle full of whitening agent and apply the product in one mouthtray, while concentrating on the inside of the trays that contacts the most visable surfaces of your teeth. Mix thoroughly. Place both mouth tray in mouth. Mouth trays should be worn for 10-15 minutes. Repeat process once a day for 2 weeks or until you get the desired results.
