Before using read all label directions. Chew 1 Lactaid Ultra Chewable with your first bite of dairy foods to help prevent symptoms. You may have to take more than 1 chewable tablet but do not take more than 2 at a time. Use it each time you eat a dairy food. Use it everyday with every meal, if you would like. Store at or below room temperature (below 77 degrees F) but do not refrigerate. Keep away from heat and moisture.
