Tablets can be chewed or swallowed whole. Take does before eating any food that contains lactose. May be crushed or sprinkled on food. Dults and children 12 years of age and older: 1-3 caps. Children under 12: ask doctor.
Active: Lactase 3000 FCC units; Inactive:Croscarmellose sodium, dextrose, magnesium stearate, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, silica, sodium citrate.
