Adults and Children 12 Years and Over (Children Under 12 Years: Ask a doctor): Cut patch to fit your needs. Peel off protective film. Apply adhesive side to clean, dry skin. Repeat as necessary, but no more than 4 times daily. Store package at room temperature (36-86 degrees F) with pouch sealed.

For external use only. Do not bandage tightly or use a heating pad. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow. If swallowed, contact a physician or contact a poison control center immediately. Do not apply to wounds, irritated skin or if excessive irritation develops. Avoid getting into eyes or mucous membranes.
