That's because it's made with a flexible, elastic fabric that is engineered to adhere to itself, and not to your skin. So it stays in place, without slipping, even on joints. Painless Removal: RED CROSS SECURE-FLEX Wrap can be removed painlessly, even on hair. That's because it adheres to itself, not to skin. This lightweight and breathable wrap tears by hand and is water resistant. Available in Two Sizes: 2 inches wide: Ideal for smaller body parts such as wrists and elbows OR for children's knees. 3 inches wide: Ideal for larger body parts such as ankles and knees.
PURPOSE: First Aid Wrap
Cover wound with sterile pad, then wrap SECURE-FLEX over pad, overlapping tape layers to secure pad in place. Tape tears by hand. Avoid wrapping too tightly, which can hinder circulation. Once package has been opened, keep product stored in its container. This will keep the product clean and will help to maintain its shape. For best results, use RED CROSS First Aid products, and follow these Step by Step Wound Care Directions: 1. PREPARE: Stop bleeding by applying pressure with RED CROSS First Aid Sterile Gauze Pads. 2. CLEAN: Cleanse the injured area using a mild soap and water or try BAND-AID BRAND HURT-FREE Antiseptic Wash. Allow to dry. 3. TREAT: Protect wound by applying RED CROSS First Aid Cream. 4. PROTECT: Cover injured area completely with a Gauze Pad or Non-Stick Pad to help absorb fluids. Tape or wrap to firmly secure pad and help seal out dirt and germs.
