Do not exceed more than 2 doses per day. If necessary, repeat dosage in 4 hours. As a laxative: Adults and children 12 and older: 2-4 Level teaspoons dissolved in a full glass of water. Children 6-12 years of age: 1-2 level teaspoons dissolved in full glass of water. Not recommended for children under 6 years of age. As soaking solution: Adults dissolve 1/2 cup in quart of water and apply wet, with towel, etc. As a bathing solution: 2 cups added to the bath water for a refreshing bath after strenuous exertion.

Ask a doctor before use if you are presently taking any prescription drugs. When using this product do not use more than is directed. Stop use and ask doctor if: you have rectal bleeding or failure to have bowel movement after use. This may indicate a serious condition. You need to take laxative for more than one week. Stop use and ask doctor if: you have redness, irritation, swelling or infection occurs. Hot, or warm soaks should not be used by individuals with diabetes except with advice of physician. If pregnant or breast feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, get medical help or contact the poison control center immediately.
