To Wear: Slide support over fingers, narrow end toward the elbow seam on the palm side. Center the support over the bend of the wrist and extend it just over the heel of the hand. To Remove: Roll support inside out while pulling it over the hand. (Note: Considerable strength in the uninjured hand is required to apply this support. Care: Wash using cold water, gentle cycle and a mild soap; wrap in towel to remove excess moisture (do not wring); air dry away from heat and sunlight. Do not dry clean or tumble dry. Do not use fabric softeners. Do not bleach. Size: Male or female measure around center of wrist at smallest point. If you cannot find your size, please ask for assistance.
