Designed to help relieve symptoms of Chondromalacia (irritated kneecap) or tendonitis of the knee by providing targeted pressure to the tendon below the kneecap (patella) without increasing pressure around entire leg. Maintains set pressure until dial is adjusted. Soothing gel pad conforms to shape of knee for cushioning support and comfort. Adjustable hook and loop strap with soft edges provides personalized fit and added comfort. Low profile design allows easy fit under or over clothing. Firm support.
How to wear: 1. Pull fastener through buckle with gel pad against tendon and tighten until fit is snug, yet comfortable. 2 Turn the dial clockwise until desired pressure is achieved. Adjust dial to increase or decrease, based on activity level. Do not over tighten. 3. To remove, loosen dial until no pressure is felt. Pull fastener through buckle and slide off leg. Size: For left or right knee, this support has been designed to create a customized fit for most body types. Measure around leg below kneecap. Fits 12.5 - 17.5 in. Washing: Hand wash with mild soap in warm, (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean or use bleach or fabric softeners.
