To Wear: (1) Separate wide elastic outside cinch straps from adjustable fastened. (2) Open belt so nylon wedding covering the vertical stays will be on the inside. (3) Slip on like a vest; adjust shoulder straps so support will rest low on hips. (4) Bottom of support should be at the tailbone. (5) Grasp each side of primary belt and pull forward. (6) Bring left side past midpoint of abdomen; cross right side over left and secure. (7) Grasp waist elastic cinch straps; pull forward simultaneously; secure. Care: Close all Velcro brand hook and loop fastening before washing. Machine wash, cold water, gentle cycle using detergent; wrap in towel to remove excess moisture (do not wring); air dry. Do not dry clean or tumble dry. Do not use bleach. Do not use fabric softener. Size: measure about the hips, just below the navel. If you cannot find your size, please ask assistance.
