To Wear: Holding neoprene edge, slide over foot until heel slips into opening. Care: Wash with wild soap in warm (not hot) water and rinse well; air dry. Do Not use fabric softeners, bleach, tumble dry, or dry clean. Size: Male or female, measure around ankle, just above large bone.
Fiber Content: Polyester, Neoprene Blend, Nylon, Spandex.
