For relief of occasional constipation. Generally products a bowel movement in 15 minutes to 1 hour.
Remove foil wrapper and insert one suppository well up into rectum. Suppository need not melt completely to produce laxative action. Keep away from excessive heat. Adult and children 6 years and over - 1 suppository. Children 2 to under 6 years - use Fleet Child Suppositories. Children under 2 years - consult a doctor.
Active Ingredient (Each Suppository): Glycerin, USP (2 g). Inactive Ingredients: Edentate Disodium, Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Stearic Acid.
Ask a doctor before using any laxative if you: Have nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain; have a sudden change in bowel habits lasting more than 2 weeks; have already used a laxative for more than 1 week. Stop using this product and consult a doctor if you: Have rectal bleeding; have no bowel movement after use. These symptoms may indicate a serious condition. May cause rectal discomfort or a burning sensation. For rectal use only. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose or accidental ingestion, get medical help right away. Each suppository is individually sealed in foil for your safety. If foil imprints with Fleet Glycerin Suppositories is broken or missing, do not use.
