Sizing: Measure circumference around center of knee. Wearing instructions: Slide leg into support and pull up with pocket centered over knee. Care instructions: Hand wash in mild water with gentle soap. Air dry. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Ensure completely dry before reapplying.
