How to size: Measure around thigh four inches above the center of kneecap. How to apply: Insert foot into knee support and slide up over the knee. Center the opening of support on kneecap. The top of the support should be positioned approximately four inches above the center of the kneecap. Ensure support is not too tight. Care instructions: Hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Wrap in towel to remove excess water (do not twist or wring). Air dry away from heat. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Do not bleach.
