Ex-Lax Stimulant Laxative, Bisacodyl, 5 mg, Comfort Coated Pills - 24ea

Swallow pill(s) with a glass of water. Adults and children 12 years of age and over: Take one pill daily. If necessary, take up to a maximum of three pills in a single dose once daily. Children 6 to under 12 years of age: Take one pill once daily. Children under 6 years of age: Ask a doctor. Store at controlled room temperature 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F).

Ask a doctor before use if you have: abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of 2 weeks. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are: taking any other drug. Take the product 2 or more hours before or after other drugs. Laxatives may affect how other drugs work. When using this product: do not chew or crush pills; do not take within 1 hour of taking an antacid or milk; do not give to children under 6 years of age; do not take if you cannot swallow without chewing; abdominal discomfort, faintness and cramps may occur. Stop use and ask a doctor if: you need to use more than 1 week; rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement occur after use of a laxative. These may be signs of a serious condition. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health care professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
