Citrucel Fiber Therapy for Regularity, Sugar Free, Orange - 20ea

Adult dose: one packet in 8 oz of cold water, up to 3 times daily at the first sign of constipation or irregularity. Generally produces effect in 12-72 hours. Children (6-12 years), one-half packet 8 oz cold water, once daily. 1. Fill glass with at least 8 oz of cold water. 2. Empty one packet into water. 3. Stir briskly and drink promptly. Drinking another glass of water is helpful.

Active Ingredients: Methylcellulose. Inactive Ingredients: Aspartame, Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, FD&C Yellow No. 6, Malic Acid, Maltodextrin, Orange Flavors, Potassium Citrate, and Riboflavin.

Consult a physician before using any laxative if you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits which persists for two weeks. Unless directed by a physician, do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting are present. Discontinue use and consult a physician if rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement occurs after use of any laxative product. Unless recommended by a physician, do not exceed recommended maximum daily dose. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than one week unless directed by a physician. If sensitive to any ingredients, do not use. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Take this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 oz (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product may cause choking. Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children.
