Adult dose: One packet in 8 oz. of cold water, up to 3 times daily at the first sign of constipation or irregularity. Generally produces effect in 12-72 hours.
Active Ingredients: Methylcellulose. Inactive Ingredients: Citric Acid, FD&C Yellow No.6, Orange Flavors, Potassium Citrate, Riboflavin, Sucrose.
Consult a physician before using any laxative if you have noticed a sudden change in bowel movements which persists for two weeks. Unless directed by a physician, do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present. Discontinue use and consult a physician if rectal bleeding or failure to have bowel movement occurs after use of any laxative product. Unless recommended by a physician, do not exceed recommended maximum daily dose. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than one week unless directed by a physician. If sensitive to any of the ingredients, do not use. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.
