Dietary Supplement. Promotes good bone health. Fight osteoporosis. Advantages: Promotes good bone health; high absorption; no gas. Regular exercise and a healthy diet with enough calcium helps teen and young adult women, who are at risk of osteoporosis later in life, maintain good bone health and may reduce their risk of osteoporosis. While Caucasian and Asian women are at the highest risk, all middle-aged women, those with a family history of the disease, and older men and women are also at risk for developing osteoporosis. Two Tablets Provide: 400 mg calcium, 40% of the Daily Value for adults and children 4 or more years of age. Four Tablets Provide: 800 mg calcium, 80% of the Daily Value for adults and children 4 or more years of age.
