Many of us have busy lives. Between hectic jobs, family life, and trying to keep everything going at home, stress seems to be a constant. When relieving stress, I always turn to exercise. There’s something about a good sweat sesh that helps me release all my pent-up emotions. The trick with exercise is finding an activity you enjoy. Not all of us enjoy hopping on a treadmill or doing pull-ups, and that’s okay! Swimming, dance classes, running, and biking are all wonderful choices. Exercise is supposed to make you happier, so pick your favorite, and stick to it!

Drink Tea

We’ve discussed the benefits of drinking tea before, so we won’t go too in depth. Tea is a great alternative to coffee when you’re stressed.
