Benefiber Plus Calcium Chewable Tablets are an easy way to add fiber and calcium to your diet. These great tasting tablets provide as much fiber per 3 tablet serving as the leading bulk fiber powder*, and as much calcium as an 8 oz glass of milk to promote bone health.** Because there is no need for water or mixing, you can take them virtually anywhere, anytime. PURPOSE: Fiber Supplement
Adults: Chew 3 tablets up to 3 times daily to supplement the fiber content of your diet. 12 yrs to adult: 3 tablets up to 3 times daily (not to exceed 9 tablets per day). 6 to 11 yrs: 1-1/2 tablets up to 3 times daily (not to exceed 4-1/2 tablets per day). Under 6 yrs: Ask your doctor before use. Store at controlled room temperature 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F). Protect from excessive heat and moisture.
