Adults: Chew 1 to 3 tablets up to 5 times daily to supplement the fiber content of your diet. Do not take more than 15 tablets in a 24 hour period. 12 Yrs to Adult: 1-3 tablets up to 5 times daily (not to exceed 15 tablets per day). 7 to 11 Yrs: 1/2-1-1/2 tablets up to 5 times daily (not to exceed 7-1/2 tablets per day). Under 6 Yrs: Ask your doctor. Store at controlled room temperature 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F). Protect from excessive heat and moisture.
