When used as directed Opti-Free Solution destroys harmful microorganisms on the surfaces of the lenses and removes loosened deposits and traces of the daily cleaner. Opti-Free Rinsing, Disinfecting and Storage Solution, a gentle, effective and thimerosal-free and sorbic acid-free formula, is especially formulated for soft contact lens wearers. Opti-Free Solution has been shown safe and effective for individuals with eyes sensitive to thimerosal. For use as recommended by your eye care practitioner.
