Size selection: Measure circumference around mid-section of knee joint. L 16-20 inches, 40.6-50.8 cm. Wear Instructions: Starting with the wider end, slide the support up the leg and over the knee. Ensure that the woven area is at the front of the knee. Care instructions: Hand wash in warm water with mild detergent. Air dry.
