Attention: Do not overfill the spoon. This product has been specially designed for use only with a teaspoon. The specially designed teaspoon provided with the product delivers 5 ml when filled to top. Level by mildly shaking or tapping the spoon. Find right dose in the chart. Use enclosed measuring teaspoon. Take every 6 to 8 hours. Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours. Under 2 Years (Under 24 lbs): Ask a doctor. 2 to Under 6 Years (24-47 lbs): 1 tsp. 6 to Under 12 Years (48-95 lbs): 2 tsp. 12 Years and Over (96 lbs & Over): 4 tsp. Active Ingredient (in each 5 ml = 1 Teaspoon): Dextromethorphan HBr (7.5 mg). Inactive Ingredients: Artificial Cherry Flavor, Artificial and Natural Bubble Gum Flavor, Carbomer 934P, FD&C Red No. 40, Glycerin, Maltitol Solution, Propylene Glycol, Propylparaben, Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Sorbitol, Sucralose Liquid Concentrate.

Do not use if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask your pharmacist before taking this product. Ask a doctor before use if you have cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus); cough that lasts or is chronic such as occurs with smoking, asthma or emphysema. Stop use and ask a doctor if cough lasts more than 1 week, comes back, or is accompanied by fever, rash or persistent headache. These could be signs of a serious condition. If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
