Shake well before using. Laxative Dosage Cup, for adults only, should be washed before and after use. Do not take with meals. For Constipation Relief: Adults and children 12 years and over: 2-4 tablespoonsful at bedtime or upon arising, followed by a full glass (8 oz.) of liquid.** Children 6 to 11 years: DO NOT USE DOSAGE CUP: 1 teaspoonful to 1 tablespoonful at bedtime or upon arising, followed by a full glass (8 oz.) of liquid.** Children under 6 years: Consult a doctor. **As bowel function improves, reduce dose gradually.

Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately. As with any drug, if you are nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using this product. DRUG INTERACTION PRECAUTION: Do not take this product if you are presently taking a stool softener laxative unless directed by a doctor.
