Read package insert before using this product. For in vitro diagnostic use only. One vial contains sufficient volume for 75 determinations. Shake vial well before use. Record discard date on the vial. Store at temperatures under 30 degrees C. (86 degrees F) Do not refrigerate. Do not use if expiration date has passed.
Do not use if seal at either end is broken or missing.
