Shake well before using. Store at room temperature. Keep from freezing. Laxative dosage cup for adults only should be washed before and after use. Do not take with meals. For constipation relief: Adults and children 12 years and over: 2-4 tablespoons at bedtime or upon arising, followed by a full glass (8 oz) of liquid. Children 6 to 11 years: Do not use dosage cup. 1 teaspoonful to 1 tablespoonful at bedtime or upon arising, followed by a full glass (8 oz.) of liquid. Children under 6 years: Consult a doctor.
