1. Prepare: Stop bleeding by applying pressure with sterile gauze. Cleanse injured area gently and thoroughly with an antiseptic or mild soap and water. Pay dry. 2. Treat: Protect wounds by applying Mycitracin First Aid Antibiotic Ointment or Johnson & Johnson First Aid Cream. 3. Protect: Cover injured area completely with an adhesive pad or a non-stick pad to help absorb fluids. Tape to firmly secure pad and help seal out dirt and germs.
In case of deep or puncture wounds, or serious burns, consult a physician.
